I was checked in online. When I arrived at the store, the scoreboard said I was next in line. The stylist who was supposed to cut my hair called a walk-in up and changed my wait time to 56 minutes. This place has gone down hill ever since Jenn left as the manager. 6-year loyal customer and I will never go back.

I took my son to get a haircut. My son and I both wore masks. I was extremely disappointed with their COVID practices. One stylist did not ever cover her nose with her mask while she cut the hair of a gentlemen without a mask. At one point he put on a mask, but shortly after he took it off. My son was directly opposite them and I was pretty irritated by the lack of care. I also noticed that most customers were taking off their masks for the hot towel treatment. I don’t believe any of this behavior is proper under Jackson County Guidelines. I was very disappointed in the lack of care for my child and all of the many customers coming in and out.
